Writing a technical brief needs considerable amount of attention with the necessity to ensure the use of the following:

    • The first and foremost is the encryption of the title- Technical Brief in the top center of the page.
    • Jot down your main points in an easy to read format below the title, with a brief description of each main point.
    • Give bold topic headings for each main part or section of your project. And write clear concise paragraphs for each section.
    • Leave blank white spaces between each section so that the information can be easily scanned and read.
    • Don’t hesitate to use charts and graphs to describe your content. Whatever is the document type, illustrations explain in the best of manner.

Add resources at the end in case readers need more information.
